We're always looking to meet intelligent, personable and highly motivated individuals who would like to join our excellent team.

We're particularly keen to meet potential recruits who have:

• an exceptional academic record - most of our tutors have first class degrees and straight A grades at A-Level
• qualified as an actuary in the last 5 years or so (with the Institute or Faculty in the UK, or the SoA or CAS in the USA)
• the ability, self-confidence and personality to inspire students and trainees
• the drive and motivation to work independently and thrive in an environment focused on excellence and innovation
• good interpersonal and communication skills and a strong sense of humour

BPP Professional Education offers a uniquely flexible and informal working environment in which you can make a genuinely positive impact on people's lives. Our tutors enjoy a variety of challenging and rewarding work. We teach small groups of motivated student actuaries, write distance-learning study material and develop educational software. We also design bespoke training courses for the financial services industry.
