Case study: Setting reserves in general insurance

A major international insurance company asked us to help in the development of software to train its employees in general insurance reserving.

Our team of general insurance tutors used their experience of teaching the concepts in face-to-face tuition to write the educational content for two training modules. This "script" was turned into interactive training software by BPP's team of specialist programmers.

The software - an introductory module and a more technical module - is now available over the company's intranet to employees all around the world.
